Q: If customer pay for making a new tooling, is that possible to take it back? |

A: 1. If it is whole set new tooling, when the total Qty of order reaches the target. MTA will return the tooling payment, not the tooling. And the tooling still belongs to MTA. 2. If it is hand tool, any parts of tooling or packaging tooling, have to charge before production, even only making few samples. In some conditions, if customers place an official order, MTA will return the expense. In some other conditions, it is not able to return the expense. It depends on the type of tooling. And all of the tooling is belong to MTA.

Q: Does MTA have agent in another country? |

A: Yes, MTA has agent in Germany only. And we have protected agreement for some customers too.

Q: Does MTA have manufactory? |
|
| |
A: Yes, MTA have manufactory in Taiwan & China.

Q: Could MTA arrange to shipping from China factory? |
|
| |
A: For now, MTA can not ship from China factory directly, because it is materials processing factory, there will be some problems about contract and transfer.

Q: Is that possible to ship to Hong Kong from MTA China factory? |
|

A: It depends on the shipping quantity, if it is feasible; please notice that all of the expenses have to pay by customer (including shipping cost, stock fee…etc.)

Q: If we want to place the order before sample approved, is that acceptable? |
|
| |
A: Yes, we can accept. To avoid the products are unavailable, we suggest customers to approve sample before shipping. If it is an urgent order, customers have to sign back the drawing, MTA will make according to the drawing. After shipping, MTA will NOT return and change goods (except NG). MTA are make-to-order manufacturer, there are some company regulations, sorry for any inconvenience cause.

Q: Is that possible to offer free samples? How many pcs can you offer? |
|

A: MTA will provide 3 to 5pcs of free samples for standard products; customer has to pay for the shipping cost (use express account). MTA only charge for handing of custom-made and some other unusual product (will not refund).

Q: We need more samples than MTA offer; can I place a small amount of sample order? |
|
| |
A: Yes, but it depends what kind of product. If it is for high unit price product, MTA need to check the stock of materials first. If it is custom-made or some other unusual product, customer has to follow the MOQ limit.

Q: We are an overseas company that never has business with MTA. What is the first thing we have to know? |
|
| |
1.MTA will send quotation and drawing as customer inquiry. 2.After confirming the price, drawing and specifications, MTA will designate express and send few samples for free, please notice that customer has to pay for the freight.

Q: What is your payment term? |
|
| |
A: MTA usually use “T/T in advance” or by Credit Card (T/T Before Production). If you have a long term business ship with us who never cancel any orders, we will use “T/T Before Shipment” or 30 days payment on monthly by T/T. The order amount is less than USD$1.000, the bank charge is USD$25. The order amount is less than USD$3.000, shipping by EX-WORK (sea or air transport). The order amount is more than USD$3.000, shipping by FOB TAIWAN.

Q: How do I know the part number of MTA? |
|

A: Please check our website www.morethanall.com and search the original part number or product description what you need, if there is no result, please e-mail to us! But please notice if you only provide pictures, it will be very hard to check the specifications.

A:是的，目前煜倫出貨主要皆是由台灣安排(不論國內、外)其主要是於貨品完成時皆會由品保人員檢驗貨品無產品品質是否良好以保障客戶權益，提供最佳的產品給客戶。

Q:本身為內銷公司但從未與煜倫交易過，若需交易需了解的事項有哪項? |

A:歡迎成為煜倫的新客戶，我司與新客戶的交易方式有下列簡略幾點說明: 1.煜倫會先針對所需求產品提供報價單及產品圖面給貴司確認。 2.確認產品單價可接受，圖面規格符合貴司需求後會依據產品單價提供合理的樣品數量供貴司測試。 3.產品測試沒問題後，請貴司下採購單我司於收到採購單後會進行確認訂單交期回覆給貴司。 4.付款方式:首次交易開立現金票、下單匯款或是親自取貨付現皆可。 5.出貨方式:皆為安排新竹貨運方式出貨，但請注意出貨金額若低於NTD3,000運費將由貴司自行付擔，亦可由貴司自行派人前往煜倫取貨。
